UPDATE

We are happy to announce the creation of a new campership that will be given automatically to the first 1000 Minsi Trails Council Scouts going to Camp Minsi Cub Scout, Scouts BSA or Venturing/Sea Scouting Summer Camp in 2024.   The new “General Trexler Campership is funded by a portion of the proceeds of the sale of Trexler Scout Reservation, and is intended to directly benefit our council’s scouts. $75 per scout youth will be taken off the 2024 Camper Fee at Camp Minsi for Minsi Trails Council Scouts, so instead of $455 for a full week of camp the camp fee will be $380.   Scouts can also apply for our other camperships to further reduce the cost of attendance.  The discount will be applied once the Minsi Trails Council puts in the discount code for your unit.

Ready to sign up your unit for summer camp?  Follow the instructions below to register your troop or crew for a week of adventures at Camp Minsi.

  • Select your unit's desired week of summer camp from the links above, then click "Register" and follow the steps to register your unit. See our DoubleKnot User Guide for details.

  • Note: You have the ability to access your registration at anytime.

  • The one time Site Fee/Unit Registration cost of $100 is a one time fee and is due within 10 days of making the initial registration.

  • Each time you enter in new information and check out, a receipt will show your balances paid and owed. The DoubleKnot system will allow you to manage all your units needs.

  • Costs

    • Scouts $455 if registered for camp by March 1st

    • Scouts $495 if registered for camp after March 1st

    • New/Transfer Scouts $455

    • Leaders $200 each (free leader discount will be given at checkout based on number of Scouts)

  • March 1, 2024 - All first deposit payments due. Discount fee deadline.
    A non-refundable $100 deposit for each youth is due. All named participants entered into the online system registering by March 1st will receive the published rate. Participants registering after March 1st will pay the full fee unless they are new Scouts or crossed over Webelos Scouts. This is a per person deposit and is nonrefundable if a youth does not show up for camp.

  • June 1, 2024 - All final payments due.
    The balance of all fees is now due. To cancel reservations or to change numbers of people attending, contact our camp registrar at the Council Camping Desk at 610-465-8568. Always check with the camp registrar before adding additional campers or adults after this date, as your campsite may be at capacity.
