Camp Minsi Resident Camp is one of the largest Cub Scout summer camps in the Northeastern United States. Camp Minsi is open for campers with a large paid summer camp staff. All weeks have specialized programs for each Cub Scout rank, so your whole pack can camp together. Our camp is Nationally accredited by the Boy Scouts of America, and all key staff are nationally Boy Scouts of America certified through the National Camping School. 

In 2024 we will have 2 weeks of Cub Scout Resident Camp (sign up by Pack or Den) and 5 weeks for Pioneer Webelos Camp (4th and 5th graders)(sign up by den or individual) during the Scouts, BSA summer camp weeks.

UPDATE

We are happy to announce the creation of a new campership that will be given automatically to the first 1000 Minsi Trails Council Scouts going to Camp Minsi Cub Scout, Scouts BSA or Venturing/Sea Scouting Summer Camp in 2024.   The new “General Trexler Campership” is funded by a portion of the proceeds of the sale of Trexler Scout Reservation, and is intended to directly benefit our council’s scouts. $75 per scout youth will be taken off the 2024 Camper Fee at Camp Minsi for Minsi Trails Council Scouts, so instead of $455 for a full week of camp the camp fee will be $380 or instead of $380 for a mini-week it will be $305.   Scouts can also apply for our other camperships to further reduce the cost of attendance.  The discount will be applied once the Minsi Trails Council puts in the discount code for your unit.  

Unit - Pack or Den!

• Note: You have the ability to access your registration at anytime.

• The one time Site Fee/Unit Registration cost of $100 is a one time fee and is due within 10 days of making the initial registration.  There is no site fee for Webelos Pioneer Camp weeks 3-7.

• Each time you enter in new information and check out, a receipt will show your balances paid and owed. The DoubleKnot system will allow you to manage all your units needs.

• Costs

  • Scouts, Full Week if registered for camp by March 1st $455

  • Scouts, Full Week if registered for camp after March 1st $495

  • Scouts, Mini-Week if registered for camp by March 1st $380

  • Scouts, Mini-Week if registered for camp after March 1st $420

  • Adults, Full Week $175 each 

  • Adults, Mini Week $125 each

  • Your unit will receive free leaders based on the number of overall (combined youth/mini week youth) boys/girls that attend.  Are as follows:

    1-7 scouts 2 ldrs
    8-11 Scouts 3 ldrs
    12-15 Scouts 4 ldrs
    16-19 Scouts 5 ldrs
    20-23 Scouts 6 ldrs
    24-27 Scouts7 ldrs
    28 > Scouts 8 ldrs 

• March 1, 2024 - All first deposit payments due. Discount fee deadline.
  A non-refundable $100 deposit for each youth is due. All named participants entered into the online system registering by March 1st will receive the published rate. Participants registering after March 1st will pay the full fee unless they are new Scouts or crossed over Webelo's Scouts.  This is a per person deposit and is nonrefundable if a youth does not show up for camp.

• June 1, 2024 - All final payments due.
  The balance of all fees is now due. To cancel reservations or to change numbers of people attending, contact our camp registrar at the Council Camping Desk at 610-465-8568. Always check with the camp registrar before adding additional campers or adults after this date, as your campsite may be at capacity.
