1. 2021 Fall Re-Chartering Info for Units
Internet Re-charter 2.0 is scheduled to release on October 15th for all units to submit their renewals online. We have created an FAQ below, along with an Internet Re-charter User Guide to give you the opportunity to review the new platform and provide the necessary tools to your council staff when supporting the volunteers with submitting their Internet Charter Renewal. An instructional video walking the viewer through each step of the new Internet Re-charter 2.0 experience will be coming soon.

3. Details and Key Documents
- By or as of November 1, 2021 - Unit Charter Packets will be available through November Roundtable or by appointment with your District Executive. Included in packets are important documents pertaining to how to re-charter, needed Leader Trainings, and PA Act 15 Clearance expirations.
- Please note: All those adults needing to renew PA Act 15 clearances should turn them into the Unit Committee Chair. This will streamline the process to one central point for the charter period. Outside the charter period, PA Act 15 clearances should be submitted to council.
- If a Scouting professional or unit commissioner had provided you a copy of the PA Act 15 Unit clearance report, here is a sample to understand what it means. Sample Unit Clearance Report.
