Camp Minsi is always looking for qualified enthusiastic people to serve on staff. Staff members fill a variety of roles, but all of us have the same mission, to live the Scout Oath & Law and to serve as role models for the boys who come to our camp. To be a paid staff member, you must be at least 15 years old. A counselor in training program (CIT) is offered to those ages 14 and 15 wishing to gain experiance.
